A good walk from here is to follow the Sant Pere M\u00e9s Alt street to the Passatge Sert, a pedestrian street that used to be a factory and where there are now high standing lofts and some fashionable cafes.<\/p>\n

From here you can go to see the ‘Arco de Triumfo’, which imitates the Roman style but was actually built for the universal exhibition of 1888 (like the Ciutadella park as we explain here<\/a>).<\/p>\n

If you’re into boardgames and comic books as we are, you can not miss some stores around here. Our favorite is Kaburi (Passeig de Sant Joan 11) where they have all the games you can imagine, and a bar where you can play for free.<\/p>\n

Do not miss other stores such as Norma Comics (Passeig de Sant Joan 9), the largest comic book store in Barcelona, or Gigamesh (Bailen 8), a large bookstore dedicated to science fiction with many books in English.<\/p>\n

If you want to eat here, it is worth walking a bit through Passeig de Sant Joan to Parking Pizza (Passeig de Sant Joan 56), one of the best pizzerias in the city. The place before was a parking lot, which is somehow cool. Go soon because it always gets full.<\/p>\n
